Dr. Cheryl Williams is the Founder and CEO of Redeeming Lives, Inc., where she blends faith, clinical expertise, and business leadership to empower individuals, families, and communities. A Licensed Counselor, Certified Christian Counselor, Certified Public Manager, and Ordained Minister, she brings more than 20 years of experience in counseling, recovery, and leadership development.

Dr. Williams has designed transformative programs such as the Youth CHOICE Program, the Youth Empowerment Pathways, and the Women’s CHOICE Circle, helping participants make positive life changes through practical support and faith-based principles. Her initiatives emphasize accountability, restoration, and holistic growth, offering opportunities that strengthen individuals and communities.

In addition to her counseling expertise, Dr. Williams is recognized for her leadership in strengthening organizations. As a Certified Public Manager, she has guided agencies through financial and operational transformation, including moving one from years of deficit to measurable growth within six months. Her leadership is both strategic and faith-driven, inspiring individuals and institutions toward lasting change.

Board Director

The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of the agency, while the Chief Executive Officer provides leadership to the staff. Board members are dedicated volunteers who are either elected or appointed. Representation is intentionally balanced, drawing from private businesses, government entities, community-based organizations, and the broader community to ensure diverse perspectives and equitable decision-making.
